Founded by Kaiwen Zhao in 2020, Baicai Deesign operating as a diverse avant-garde design studio situated in Shenyang. It offers design services encompassing interior remodeling, spatial creation, exhibitions, branding, and more.

In 2024, we established our New York branch and began expanding our business into the North American market, aiming to bring our design thinking and research to a broader stage.

Baicai means cabbages in Chinese.Boiled cabbage, the simplest top-tier Chinese cuisine, fitting for alleyways and grand banquets alike. While the broth holds significance, it is the cabbage that remains the soul. We see design similarly: using the simplicity to create essential feelings.
